    The role will lead the implementation and analysis of online marketing campaigns and corporate communincations initiatives and works closely with various internal department teams to generate intelligence which assists the department to maximize revenue opportunities.


    The online marketing department is responsible for driving brand recognition and new customer acquisition to and our sister properties. Using all forms of online media, our team communicates the features/benefits of our products to help acquire new prospects, convert existing prospects into paid subscribers, maximize revenue and ensure product and Company objectives are met.

    Primary Objectives:

    • Create, implement and manage online advertising campaigns including paid search, display, email and affiliate programs to drive new customer acquisition.
    • Using benchmark reports, measure how campaigns are performing to KPIs and suggest/implement optimization tactics.
    • Collaborate with other departments to implement and manage web development projects on behalf of marketing.
    • Identify and produce thought-provoking industry content including blog posts, email newsletters, market reports, infographics and more.


    Essential Position Duties:

    • Working with agencies, manage day-to-day operations and conduct campaign optimization for paid search, display and affiliate programs.
    • Develop benchmarking reports to measure how paid search, display and affiliate programs are performing to KPIs and suggest how to improve response rates.
    • Develop content and other brand communications for SEO, social media, public relations and brand marketing.
    • Monitor online reputation and execute tactics designed to improve reputation on review sites.
    • Monitor emerging trends and recommend new test designs and strategy.


    Preferred Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline or marketing field preferred
    • Three to five (3-5) years of experience working in a similar marketing role


    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Excellent analytical and fact-based problem solving skills
    • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and make recommendations based on identification of trends, gaps, etc. 
    • Excellent written communication including strong editing skills of various types of content including blog posts, social comments and press releases
    • Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
    • Strong project management skills


    Computer/Software/Application Proficiency:

    • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
    • Experience with ad serving software such as Adwords, Facebook, DoubleClick, etc. 
    • Experience with email service providers such as SilverPop, MailChimp, SendGrid, etc.
