Stamps.com is seeking a Help Desk Associate System Administrator with help desk experience and an excellent customer service attitude. The Help Desk Associate System Administrator is vital to the IT workforce, and is responsible to help keep the technologies the organization relies on to do business current, and running smoothly.
Help Desk Services are at the heart of Stamps.com’s IT support model. Our team delivers incident and request management services to authorized users. The Help Desk team helps ensure that contacts are properly categorized, prioritized and documented and that affected customer equipment is referenced

Stamps.com also sells PhotoStamps which enables customers to create fully customizable and valid PhotoStamps postage that contains their own digital photograph or business.
