The Enterprise Sales Department is important to the success of Stamps.com through its relationship building with valued customers and sales revenue generation.
The Associate Enterprise Relationship Manager (Associate ERM) works with the Enterprise Relationship Manager (ERM) to coordinate and facilitate communications and interactions between the customer(s) and the entire Enterprise Sales team along with various Stamps.com departments to maintain a successful customer experience and retention.
