Primary Objectives:

  1. Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects on what global products/services will best fit their needs
  2. Provide basic sales help and training for customers new to our international consolidated services.
  3. Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the company’s product line as related to Global Shipping and U.S. Export.
  4. Become a subject matter expert (SME) in all parts of our global business to help with trade shows and perform marketing tasks as needed

Stamps.com’s Finance & Accounting team is responsible for reporting accurate financial reporting to the public and investors, as well as driving strategic and financial decision-making processes across the Company. We partner with Senior Management and business unit leaders to analyze and drive long-term business performance.

 

As a member of Stamp.com’s accounting team the Accounts Payable Coordinator will play a critical role in the day to day operational functions of the organization. The accounts payable coordinator will tracks invoices and payments due, prioritize them according to the terms of the invoice. Additionally, they will carefully monitor all payments made and maintain those records for future audits.

The Inside Account Management Team for Stamps.com/Endicia works with some of our most valuable Shipping customers to enhance their experience and utilization of our products.  We are true partners in business to the customers we serve, and our customers receive great benefit from the expertise and engagement we offer.

The Inside Account Management team exists to be the eyes and ears of our most valued customers, channeling important customer feedback back to our Product and Development teams, and making sure that no large customer would ever walk away from our family of products without a meaningful attempt to understand their needs and to retain them.  We also add direct value to our company’s bottom line by presenting additional products and solutions to our existing customer base as they are developed.

Stamps.com is seeking a Tax Manager. The Tax Manager is a critical role to Stamps.com’s growing tax department. The role is responsible for all aspects of corporate tax across the company to insure compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws and reports to the VP, Accounting. In addition to internal management staff, this role works closely with the company’s external tax consultants.

Team/Department Description:

The Product Management team is responsible for setting and driving the company strategy for all platforms, applications, and features. The team provides cross-functional leadership that bridges gaps within the various groups in the company such as engineering, sales and marketing, and support. We collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to continually advance the Company’s product portfolio to be best in class.  

 

Strategic Imperative:

The Associate Product Manager “APM” will directly contribute to drive the design and deployment of new features for our API Platforms. The APM will work closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions to address our partners’ and customers’ needs.

 

The APM will develop a deep understanding of each feature and how it affects key metrics (such as revenue) as well as customers’ and partners’ workflows. The APM must also be able to justify their implementation against competing features and priorities.

The Senior Software Developer is directly responsible to build and maintain server-side application using Microsoft based products. The role requires a solution minded professional who is able to take technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirement through a life cycle while working independently.
